During my first class of Business model creation I realized that the world of entreprenariat is tough, that there's millions like me who wants to create something, sell something, innovate something. And that if i want to be number one I'll have to fight for it. I also realized that all of those people around me in this class mainly knows why they are here, some people have ideas, other have projects that they want to pursue, but me, I'm just here because I love to create and I love to have projects and to innovate but i dont know what to do or how to do it. Even tho ive always been a "businessman" since my young age it was always for a short period of time always trying to find something new and interesting to create and then sell. But most of the time i get bored after a certain amount of time and just don't see the passion in the thing i once created. And that's exactly where im at right now. I'm lost and trying to figure out again something to put all my energy into, something that I love doing and that passionate me while monetizing this passion for a living.

As this semester comes to an end, I've gained invaluable insights and skills that are bound to shape my future endeavors, whether entrepreneurial or otherwise. Through the development of our startup idea—from initial brainstorming to final presentation—I've learned the importance of validating business assumptions through direct customer engagement. Conducting face-to-face interviews at gyms not only confirmed the relevance of our problem but also deepened my understanding of potential customers' needs and frustrations.

This hands-on approach taught me the critical role of empathy in entrepreneurship; understanding the emotions and motivations behind customer behaviors is essential for designing effective solutions. Moreover, working closely with my team to analyze data, refine our business model, and execute marketing strategies has improved my collaboration and communication skills. These experiences have prepared me for future challenges, equipping me with the tools to approach problems strategically and adaptively.

Furthermore, the iterative process of adjusting our business model in response to financial projections and customer feedback highlighted the dynamic nature of managing a startup. This adaptability is a skill I plan to carry forward into any career, teaching me to remain flexible and responsive to changing circumstances.

Overall, this semester has been a profound journey of growth and learning. The practical application of theories we've studied gives me confidence in my ability to apply these lessons to real-world scenarios. I'm excited to take these learnings into future projects and professional opportunities, ready to innovate and drive change.
